One of my many artistic muses in this world is an artist by the name of CROM (Cristian Ortiz). He posted an art challenge several months ago, calling on his followers and other to redraw one of his characters in their style. As I have stated in previous entries, my pen and paper skills are not to par as others. So, I bent some pipecleaners and created it for myself.
Technically, he’s only “Half completed”. I stopped right before the flag, as the flag is more or less, the most difficult part, especially with pipecleaners. But, he’s been sitting on my shelf for months without a website entry so I went ahead and made him one.
CROM, being the creator of many unique characters such as BIRD KING, is a wonderful artist and it made me very happy to re-create his art in my fuzzy medium.
